Hi, I'm Lindsey. I received by Bachelor's Degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services with an emphasis in Youth and Families from Iowa State University. I went on to obtain my Master's Degree in Couple and Family Therapy also from Iowa State University. I am a licensed Marital and Family Therapist.

I have a special interest in couples and complex trauma in individuals. I am trained in part one and part two of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).  EMDR is used to deal with past difficult memories/events/situations that can still have an impact today. I utilize EMDR for different types of goals such as: attachment issues, grief and loss, PTSD, addictions (behavioral and substance), and other types of disturbing life events or trauma.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to meet their desired goals. I take a systemic perspective in therapy, meaning that I look at all the factors that might be influencing problems or contributing to issues/concerns in one's life. I am passionate about helping clients to meet their desired goals.

**I am currently accepting new clients at this time.
